Meet the team
Fiona Beach-MacGeagh
Director & Founder
Fiona established Beach Education in 2021 with a wealth of experience in international education and public relations. With a proven track record working full time at prestigious UK schools like Horris Hill, Warminster School, and Monkton School, she is dedicated to guiding students toward their ideal educational paths.
During her time at Warminster School, she successfully placed 12 students from Bermuda, including one who became Head Boy—a testament to her ability to recognize and nurture potential. Fiona deeply understands the exceptional opportunities a UK education offers to pupils from Bermuda and Caribbean islands.
In addition to her professional endeavours, Fiona is a founding trustee of RedEarth Village Schools Uganda, a charity that supports rural schools in Uganda. She visits annually, driven by her passion for children's education and a commitment to overcoming the challenges of primary education in Sub-Saharan Africa, especially for girls.
Residing in the UK, Fiona remains closely connected with the students she has placed, offering support and guidance during their first term away from home. Throughout the year, she travels to Bermuda and the Caribbean to host school fairs and meet families, fully aware that each child is unique and that no two schools are the same. With warmth and a steadfast commitment, Fiona and the Beach Education team are here to support your family's educational journey, ensuring that your child excels academically and feels truly at home in their new environment.

Boarding Schools Association
We are delighted to announce that Fiona the founder of Beach Education is a BSA Certified Agent
When deciding on support from an Educational Consultant, it is always important to go with someone who has BSA accreditation. This will ensure they follow a strict code of conduct, when it comes to supporting your child and providing independent advice in the best interest of the family. The consultant also has to have great ongoing links with the schools in the UK and visit them regularly to ensure they are up to date with changes and the schools provide regular references on any consultant approved by the BSA.
So you will be in safe hands when using an Agent/Consultant through BSA.
