  • If your son/daughter has a UK passport they will not require a visa to study in the UK. If they have a Bermudian passport, you can apply for a BOTC passport, which can take up to 10 weeks so worth doing in advance.

  • • After our initial consultation, we are likely to draw up a list of 5 schools to start with and then narrowing it down to 3.

    • Always go with your heart as it is the pupils & staff that make a school not the beautiful buildings.

  • • Not a problem at all, most schools have excellent virtual tour videos and you can request to meet key staff on video calls.

    • Also some schools will visit Bermuda or Cayman and you can ask to be put in touch with current families, which will give you a greater insight into the school.

  • We know this is a big decision and sometimes it is hard to know where to begin but we are here to help guide you through the whole process and make it as seamless as possible.

  • This depends on the school, some schools with a waiting list require you to register two-three years in advance, but most schools work one year in advance. However, even if you are looking for a last minute start, we can help.

  • At the moment we are not charging for our consultation, but there will be a cost for tailored service, such as helping you complete the school application form to register, arranging interviews , interview preparation, arranging schools visits, arranging private transfer, hotels, flights and finding a guardian.

  • Yes and it will be a lot cheaper to buy school supplies in the UK ahead of term. We suggest arriving a few days before term starts to buy any school essentials and items such as winter coat or duvet covers and pillow.

  • Yes, we have a consultant who has been working with American and Canadian schools for over a decade and can help with the whole process. Just get in touch with us.

  • This does depend on the level of cover you require. But if it just as an emergency contact, it would be roughly $1000 per year.

  • Yes, this is very normal and schools are wonderful at supporting families through this. Often we find the transition is often harder on the parents as the children are supported and kept busy at school and the term flies by.

  • Yes, some schools allow one term experiences to give your son/daughter a taste of boarding school life.
